Restaurant and Food Service Lecture Blog Series Leader

The role of Restaurant and Food Service Lecture/Blog Series Leader is a position that is designed to help explain in everyday terms how restaurant owner/operators and larger restaurant chain brands can make a worthwhile connection between Google products and their existing street-side restaurants, cafes and public lounges.

The individual best suited for this type of customer facing position will have extensive knowledge about the food service industry and comparable knowledge of Google products and other online tools relevant to this vertical market category. The individual will create and promote solutions on an external blog that accepts questions from trade industry partners, members of the media, restaurant owner/operators, bar/tavern proprietors, and other lounge/public gathering event venues on how these businesses can get the most out of existing and new Google products to help promote their locations to existing, new and potential customers.

It would be a pleasure to apply for this position, but it is not included in the list of jobs that are currently advertised at jobs.google.com, so I have applied for the following job instead:

Lead Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Search and Maps - Mountain View

This series is a skills showcase of Clint Garwood, a senior-level marketing consultant actively campaigning to get a Google job. I am happy to interview for and discuss this and other positions with Google (or with other companies) where my skills and extensive experience can find a good home. I am willing to relocate and/or travel extensively as a condition of any suitable work offer made to me. Thank you for considering me for Your Team. I am looking forward to hearing from you very soon.
