Google Brand Strategist

The new suggested role of Google Brand Strategist is a senior level marketing position best filled by a seasoned consultant who can handle the responsibility of defining opportunities, and driving the future of products to be developed or acquired which relate to the mobile web, in-home internet, B2B products and a non-traditional out-of-home internet experience. This position would require the professional to conduct hundreds of non-technical interviews with Google employees (all fields) throughout the global network of offices. The position would require the individual to work closely with Google executive management in order to provide strategic analysis and thought leadership discussions (both in meetings and internal confidential blogging) on the future of Google products.

It would be a pleasure to apply for this position, but it is not included in the list of jobs that are currently advertised at jobs.google.com, so I have applied for the following job instead:

Lead Product Marketing Manager, Search Launches

This series is a skills showcase of Clint Garwood, a senior-level marketing consultant actively campaigning to get a Google job. I am happy to interview for and discuss this and other positions with Google (or with other companies) where my skills and extensive experience can find a good home. I am willing to relocate and/or travel extensively as a condition of any suitable work offer made to me. Thank you for considering me for Your Team. I am looking forward to hearing from you very soon.
